To accommodate the growing need to maintain standards we provide bespoke training packages for our candidates and our clients.

This aids us in ensuring all our staff are competent and appropriately trained, giving us and our clients peace of mind.We don’t just stop at a standard training provision, we also offer more tailored, specialist training packages, specific to our clients’ service.

This includes, but is not limited to;

Forensic: Security Training, Escort Training, Acute Mental Health, CMHT teams, Child and Adolescent, Regular General Nurse: Peg Feeding, Syringe Drivers, Catheterisation

We also offer a Leadership in Healthcare course, designed to help with the struggle of managing situations that are stressful in the industry, such as lack of staff.

Our training is held in house, meaning that it can be executed at any time, eliminating the need for having to wait for ‘sufficient numbers’ of staff to be enrolled onto the course, and minimising the time gap, meaning our clients can take advantage of ensuring that all workers meet the applicable standards for care.
